GHRP-6

GHRP-6 is a synthetic hexapeptide: His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. Classified as ghrelin/GHS receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist.

Contains two D-amino acids (D-Trp at position 2, D-Phe at position 5) for metabolic stability. Two tryptophan residues (positions 2 and 4) give characteristic UV absorbance. C-terminus amidated. One of earlier GHRP family members. Soluble in sterile water. Store at -20°C.
